When I volunteer to help others it makes me feel constructive, cheerful, and productive. This is one of many examples of how being thoughtful can benefit you while also benefiting others. When someone receives an act of kindness they sometimes don't realize that a thank you is all the provider wants in return. Here are some examples of acts of kindness and how it benefits the giver and the receiver, and how it can affect your mood and life.
