1. Review the Merrill (2002) article, the “instructional plan” handout and template for the course, and Merrill’s First Principles Job Aid. Also, review the work you’ve already completed – particularly the objectives and performance assessment.
2. Use this worksheet to paint the broad strokes of how you see your training unfolding. This will be a balancing act. On the one hand, your team will need to make (and document) decisions about time allocations and how you plan to use them. Remember that this is a high-level plan. Creation _15_ minutes Each AC will type a descriptive subject line for a simulated customer call and present their subject line to the instructor and the class. They will point out each of the subject line elements and explain what they listened for to capture each of those elements.
