SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNprotection, moral, and religious trianing, and reasonable discipline to the child; To consent to marriage, to enlistment in the armed forces of the United States, and to medical, psychiatric, and surgical treatment of the child; To represent the child in legal action and to make other decisions of substantial legal significance concerning the child; To have access to medical, dental, and education records of the child; To register the child for school and to authorize participation in school activities and placement in special educational programs; To receive and give receipt of payments for the support of the child and to hold or disburse any funds for the benefit; and To maintain possession of the child as head of the household holder in any subsidized housing program.

I give and grant unto said attorney full power and authority to do and perform every act necessary and proper to be done in the exercises of any of the foregoing powers as fully as I might or could do if personally present. I hereby ratify and conform all my attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney. Nothing in the document can or should be construed as in anyway limiting my own powers as the mother of the child. I do not relinquish my rights to the child.
This Power of Attorney may be voluntarily revoked by me by execution of a written revocation entered of record in the county clerks office of Orange County Texas.
