In the article, “Where there’s a Will, There’s a Way”, Anna Harrington explains how people that have resilience are able to look at difficult situations, utilize their strong points, and overcome the stress involved (Harrington, 2012). Some additional resources available through Smarthinking are the writing center, writing center-paragraph submission, offline questions, drop in tutoring, and scheduled tutoring (Bethel University, 2014). The writing center gives students the capability to submit their essays online to be reviewed. After it is reviewed their essay is sent back to them within a day with suggested revisions. The writing center-paragraph is similar to submitting an essay, but this resource allows students to submit a paragraph up to 200 words to be reviewed. In this resource, "tutors will provide feedback for one higher-order concern and one lower-order concern for this paragraph" (Bethel University, 2014, p. 4). Students that are on a busy schedule can use the offline questions resource. Offline questions allow students to submit a question to an online tutor and receive a response within 24 hours (Bethel University, 2014). Drop in tutoring is a resource that allows students to select the subject of interest, ask a question, then connect directly to a tutor that will answer their question. Scheduled tutoring lets students pre-schedule a 30-minute tutor session in a particular subject. With this resource, students must schedule their session 48 hours in advance. The service that will benefit me the most will be the offline questions. With my busy schedule, it would be difficult for me to have the time to be able to sit down and have a live session with a tutor. However, since I start on my assignments early in the week I do allow myself enough time to submit a question and wait for a response. As a result, I can see myself using offline questions the most through the Smarthinking
