Korean death and dying practices are contrary to my personal beliefs because they are less likely, to tell the truth to the patients regarding their terminal illnesses (Purnell, 2013). Personally, I believe that everyone should have right to know about themselves and their health status so that they can make the best decision during their end of life or provide valuable suggestions to their family members. Sometimes patients hope to live longer and miss to express their love and valuable messages to their loved ones. In addition, it is most important to aware all the family members or friends that their loved one is dying so that they could be able to say a final goodbye to their loved one.
