To FOSTER MARINE CONTRACTORS, INC. (CONTRACTOR) for the purpose of storing materials (concrete structures, pipe, construction equipment, etc.)
The time frame for use of this property and this agreement to commence on November 14, 2014 and be completed no later than April 13, 2014. Amount of rent to be paid is $550.00/month payable on or before the first of the month prior to the rental period. Plus, a security deposit of $550.00 paid with the first months rent which shall be refunded at the end of the lease agreement upon satisfactory restoration of said property.
FOSTER MARINE CONTRACTORS, INC relieves the property owner of all liabilities that occur due to the contractor’s negligence. FOSTER MARINE CONTRACTORS, INC must be aware of the city regulations and be liable for any imposed fine for violating them.
Additionally, FOSTER MARINE CONTRACTORS, INC. understand that if there is a purchase of the property Consuelo Ojeda Visbal will provide written notice to FOSTER that they are to vacate the property and restore per the conditions of the agreement within 30 days of such agreement.
Special Conditions For Property Use: Property to be restored to a like or better condition (grade & seed/mulch) than existed prior to occupancy by foster marine contractors, inc. access to the property to be provided by property owner at all times.
