The Life of Pi was an interesting movie. The plot is conveyed through a combination of third person objective and first person explicit storytelling. Films are in a different realm of narration than books: as in, the reader/viewer is provided with a constant visual. Camera angles and voices are like narrative tones and perspective switching.
