. A. schedule prepared by without considering human talent, all are equal concept B. planning for unknown work holidays and un-planned leaves of employees.
Q3. If I were to begin as a new project manager in the near future, what are the most important? As per my experience: Prepare for un-planned and work on keeping a smile to make things work
Q4. What kinds of training do you think would be most useful for someone who wants to become a project manager? How could I get that kind of training?
Get PMP certified, or join a senior PM as a junior PM Q5. How do you manage peak times I mean if the project is about to reach the dead line but you are left with many works to do for that project? We have plan for peak time in place, bump up resources for a specific period of time, hire contract employees and have a contingency resource plan in place
Q6. What do you use to set realistic schedules for the project? We use estimates with a 10% + or – and considering human,cultural,skill set and available timeline for setting realistic schedules
