Michael jordan, one of the best and known basketball player. Born in Brooklyn, New york, in February 17th, 1963. His first olympics was in the 1984 summer olympics, when he was in college! Which was huge. When he was in that summer olympics, in college, he won a gold medal and averaged 17.1 per game. He was one of the best players in his college team. He would go on to be the best basketball player ever known. In College In college he was on a team called North carolina, and he was one of the best players on the team. In college he also won a game winning shot, in the 1982 NCAA championship game. The score was 62-62, he shot the game winning shot to win the championship game. They won! The score was 62-63. When he entered the NBA he was just 21 years of age! Starting out he actually did really well. So well he took his team to the playoffs, and scored on average 28.2 points! For all his efforts, he received the NBA rookie of the year, and was also selected for the all-star Game, which was amazing. In 1985, Michael Jordan received his bachelor's degree, in geography, and he also continued to play basketball professionally. The bulls made it to the eastern conference finals in 1990, and they won their first championship by defeating the Los Angeles Lakers. He was on his way on becoming a NBA star, because of his power and agility on the court, as well for his strong leadership. In 1992, they also defeated the trail blazers and won their second NBA championship. He went to retirement to play baseball, but then came back another time to play basketball again, in 1955. He came back even more stronger and averaging more points. Another achievement he did was being in the Olympics. Being in the Olympics in college, is just one of the times he went to the Olympics. He came back another time for the Olympics to help his team win again. They brought back another gold medal, in the 1992, Olympic games, held in Barcelona, Spain.
