To some people a hero is a person with supernatural powers and goes around saving people around the world. To others a hero is a famous person or multimillionaire superstar who they look up to. To some a hero is that one “cool” kid in school that everyone likes and everyone wants to be like him/her. But to me a hero is someone who sticks with you through the toughest of the tough, someone who takes care of me and loves me. My hero is my mom.

I want my mom to come to the breakfast so I can thoroughly thank her for all she's done to me and how she's been there for me when I needed it the most. My mom has taught all the life lessons I could ever ask for, she's taught me good from bad and right from wrong. She’s taught me how to be tough in the toughest of times,she also taught me how to be responsible, and how to always be positive and brighten up other people's day like she does to mine.

Some hero qualities are to be selfless and not care for yourself and the needs of others and if you're not selfless than what kind of hero are you. And that’s what my mom exactly is: Selfless. She makes cakes and treats for her fellow members of her job, she brings lots of food to parties and she cares for me, my dad and my dog before she cares about herself. You have to have someone in your life who is selfless and if you don’t then some people won’t care about you. My mom is a very loving,caring and kind person.

All in all, my mom has a very kind and peaceful attitude and her loving, kind heart is one of the reasons why I choose my mom for the hero’s day
