Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator The results of the Myers-Briggs test indicate the client as being the ESFP type. He is 87% Extroverted, 13% Sensing, 37% Feeling, and 27% Perceiving. His extroverted nature is expressed through his willingness to meet new people, feel comfortable in social gatherings and take on lead roles in activities. He identifies organization and discipline as one of his strongest traits. When he has a deadline or a goal to accomplish, he works diligently to accomplish this deadline or goal ahead of time. The perfectionistic trait in his personality makes him feel as though even his best efforts are not good enough, and he never settles.
Thirdly there comes Openness. The client likes the idea of being available to do things if the opportunity presents itself. He is extremely flexible schedule and leaves leisure time. He does not shut himself out of a potential scenario. The client is very open minded.
Fourthly the client scored high in Agreeableness. This makes sense because he does not tend to hold grudges against people. He might think back about how he was wronged by others, but he does not dwell on it, he just accepts it and moves on. He does not like to compare himself to others. He likes to standing out as an individual and sees himself as very difference from others. The client scored low on Neuroticism. The low score makes sense because he displays a lot of confidence in himself. He does not display signs of depression, anxiety or vulnerability. His confidence and his drive to succeed does not show up here because he does not fear what could come, he just does what he needs to and does his very best at
