Thank you for sharing your important input about NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct. I think I have benefited a lot from reading the post.
"To establish and maintain relationships of respect, trust, confidentiality, collaboration, and cooperation with co-workers." I think this is very significant because teachers need to be united for the benefit of our children. Sometimes we lose sight of our purpose and get caught in politics, propaganda, and pomp and circumstance. I know that when I become a teacher, I want to have colleagues I trust and can go to when I'm having a rough day or an issue with a parent or child. Early childhood educators need to work together and not against each other.
