From my insight on the NAEYC Code of Ethics, these guidelines are put into place for early childhood educators and professionals who work in various environments such as: preschool, child care center, family child care centers, kindergartener, and other primary classroom matters that involves children and their families. The National Association for the Education of Young Children are devised of four sections that outlines detailed standards of ethical behaviors and responsibilities educators, families, employees, co-workers, and colleagues must adhere to. Also, it arranges enlightenment who face obstacles in early childhood education.

Every workplace have several ethics employees must abide by. Workplace code of ethics have its very own culture and values about how to do things in the work environment. Workplace ethics and conducts leads to happy, satisfied individuals whom enjoy coming to work and contributing to the success of the program rather than experiencing employment as a mere source of burden. When a daycare facility, primary school, etc. foster a positive, caring, nurture environment employees and co-workers will develop a strong feeling of loyalty and attachments with their students and the environment
