What is your favorite subject in school and why?

The field of science and health has always caught my attention, continuously captivating my curiosity, and allowing my passion to prosper. I am enrolled in Anatomy and Physiology and look forward to taking more advanced levels to further my knowledge. This subject interests me in multiple ways: as I find the human body beautiful and fascinating, its extreme complexity intrigues me, and the mystery of life captivates me. It is almost impossible to wrap my mind around how everything functions in unison, in perfect balance and harmony. This organization helps provide and distribute food and essential items to members of our community in need. I load boxes of produce and packaged goods into the cars of these community members. I find it rewarding to interact with the people, as I get to see and converse with them one-on-one. Witnessing their gratitude and the smiles on their faces as they receive the donations only confirms the importance and impact we’re making in our community. Additionally, I’ve been invited to be a member of a national program called the National Honor Society. It is a prestigious club that values and celebrates the actions of volunteering and contributing to our community through acts of giving back, building support, nurturing growth, feeding hunger, and socializing and fostering connections with those in our local communities. In middle school, I was awarded “Top Student” for accomplishing straight A’s as well as achieving perfect attendance. In high school, I maintained a perfect GPA, even surpassing 4.0 due to enrolling and completing a few college dual credit classes. During my freshman year, I played on both the junior varsity volleyball and tennis teams. This year, as a sophomore, I have earned and established a spot on the varsity tennis team and was encouraged by my coach to take on the leadership role as a captain. Alongside athletic achievements, I have actively engaged in multiple school clubs including Math Club, Asian Student Union, Astronomy Club, Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA), and Service Club. Out of all of these accomplishments, the one I am most proud of is my GPA. I am determined and dedicated to my education as I recognize that the knowledge and skills I gain from it will have a lasting impact on my life, as well as those I will help and serve in the medical
