I think that the National Junior Honor Society will be an excellent opportunity for me. Throughout my life, I’ve liked to see myself as a person with good character and morals. I like to see the positive in most things and encourage other people to do so as well. A couple of months ago, I participated in a volleyball tournament. During a game where we were performing poorly, I made an effort to cheer on my teammates and motivate them to work hard and win. We ended up winning that tournament. I am always striving to improve people's day by doing small things. I like to tell my teacher that I appreciate her, or give my friend compliments on her outfit. These qualities make me a better person and a worthy candidate for the National Junior Honor
