Or scared that their family was dead and they were the last or first one they came after. They all have a great story to tell now but that is only if the people will believe them. It all sounds crazy but it has happened before to many people.My theory on why these happen and what happens during they are happening is. 1 the reason they happen is because of lack of sleep/ Sleep deprivation. “Lack of sleep causes the brain to remember events incorrectly.”(Thepsychmind) Sleep deprivation is if you get less than 1 hour of sleep like you get 30 minutes of sleep. Because you had to wake up and do chores, or you wanted to stay up with your family, or you just didn’t want to go to sleep. If that happens then one night when you keep doing that you’ll try to go to sleep, sleep for 30 minutes then wake up feeling that you can’t move and you’ll see a shadow in your room and it’ll stand there until you either pass out by being scared or you close your eyes to pretend that it’s not there and fall asleep. That is my Theory of Near-death experiences involving Sleep deprivation.
