Nicotine is a poisonous drug that is derived in the tobacco plant, used in medicine and as an insecticide. It is one of the most heavily used addictive drugs. Example of nicotine drug include tobacco.

There are the medical effects of both cocaine and nicotine that have an impact on the human brain. It has been documented that one of the acute effects of such stimulant like cocaine and nicotine is brain damage. It has created much concern to the medics too on the usage of the stimulants since they interfere with the reasoning capacity of the users. This tends to compromise their health hence making them harmful.

Cocaine on the other hand is also another stimulant that really has diverse effects. Cocaine exerts its local aesthetic actions by blocking the conduction of sensory impulses within nerve cells. In that, the users of the drug tend to have euphoria, reduced sleep time and increased alert behaviour. This psychological effects end up having a negative effect on the brain. When one fails to have enough sleep, the brain is usually affected since the brain lacks rest. High dosage of the stimulants usually results in reckless behaviours as a result of the effect on the mind. Therefore, it is clearly seen that the psychological effects have an impact to the
