Part 1: Transport protocol: The transport consists of three different protocols which adheres to three different types of websites. The first of the three protocols is http:// which stand for Hypertext Transfer Protocol. Firstly, HTTP is a client / server model; this is where you as the client request something from a website, which is the server such as YouTube server, and then the server gets your request and simply gives it to you. Secondly, HTTP in itself is stateless and what this means is that websites are not tracking your interactions. However, even though HTTP is stateless, when you accept cookies, you are basically allowing the website to track your interactions and this is why you see advertisements about stuff you have searched before.

for example, when you see .com in the end of a domain name it will mean the website is used for commercial purpose and there are many suffixes, one other is .org which are used by organizations. Even though each one is used for a different purpose, people use the wrong one sometimes, so you could put a .org on the end of your website even though your website is not an organisation.
