I have been planning as a Nurse Practitioner. Nurse Practitioners are registered nurse (RN) with advanced training in diagnosing and treating illness. NP’s undergo rigorous national certification periodic view, clinical outcome evaluations and adhere to a code for ethical practices. Self-
Directed continued learning and professional development is also essential to maintaining clinical competency. They are allowed to provide a broad range of the health care services. It includes treating and managing diseases, performing certain procedures, and providing handouts on disease prevention. Nurse practitioners work in a variety of settings as in: emergency, family practice, women’s health, primary care, and oncology. Some work without doctor supervision.

We are advanced practice nurses. It takes about four years of full time studying and require both classroom and clinical learnings. After getting the bachelor’s degree, nurse practitioner candidates must complete an additional two to six years to earn a master’s degree in nursing. They must be licensed by the state in which they practiced also they be compassionate, empathetic, patient and nonjudgmental. The average salary of an NP is $95,070, as of May. Job prospects would be good for nurse practitioners who specialize in geriatrics and are willing to work with the elderly and long term care facilities. You can expect 13% more jobs from 2008-2018 for nurses. They make a good average salary of $63k-$85k. We are open to work in hospitals, physicians office, or your own place. Nurse practitioners also must be able to develop patient education strategies.
