For the past two hundred years there has been organized crime throughout the entire world. In the United States organized crime can include a wide range of crimes such as rape, robbery, homicide, and drug distribution. They have been known to be organized and participated by most ethnic backgrounds including Caucasian, Hispanic, African American, Indian and Asian. Age groups vary with most offenders being the legal age of 18 or older. Although most are older than 18 there are also many under the age too. Looking for the most dangerous gangs isn’t too hard but finding the money or estimating how much they make is not easy. Also, the term “organized crime” is used very loosely. The term can be used to describe a smuggling of cars, to people, to drugs. There are many types of gangs/organizations all throughout the world, not just in America. For example The Russian mafia, Solntsevskaya Bratva, brings in over $8.5 billion. Most of their revenue is from drug trade and human trafficking. Russia’s biggest drug is heroin, estimated in at about 12% of the world yet only contains 0.5% of the world’s population. In the the US we have the Camorra. With earnings of about $5billion from sexual exploitation, firearms trafficking, drugs, counterfeiting, gambling, usury and extortion. We have the FBI, Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, National Guard, and Police these are just a few armed forces from the US. There are many like this all over the world trying to protect their citizens from whatever causes some type of crime or disruption/chaos in everyday life. These forces are trained for numerous years and when the time finally comes for either war or anything else that specialized forces are needed to do they will be ready. Some of the most dangerous gangs are the Bloods, Crips, Yakuza, 18th Street Gang, Latin Kings, and Mara Salvatrucha. All of these gangs have over 75,000 members each. These gangs have a similar goal it’s to strike fear into those who aren’t part of their gang and to anyone who stands in their way. Our armed forces try their best to put these criminals away, but these monsters will not stop until there's nothing
