Whew, I had enough of it for my lifetime. Although it was extremely frustrating, I didn’t mind putting a hold on my dreams in view of, I knew I would make it there one day, and I knew that my mother needed me. I guess you could say I am a very optimistic person. A year later I met the man of my dreams and everything was looking up. My mother was back working and I had saved a little money along the way, so it looked like I was about to get back on my path. Then I find out that I am pregnant. I know many people still go to college while they are pregnant, however I didn’t think I could handle it. Turns out I was right, I had a few complications and had to be put on bed rest about half way through the pregnancy. Still I held on to my dream. After my daughter was born life got a little harder. Being a mother was wonderful and the best thing that ever happened to me. Now I had even more motivation to be a nurse! Life’s hassles weren’t going to hold me back! It took me five years after my child was born, nevertheless I finally got to a place where I could handle the load. Now I am in nursing school working on achieving my dream and being someone that my child can be proud
