When I was 15 years old, my life changed. Things didn’t fall apart, I didn’t lose anyone special; I just grew up. I have never had a stable or secure home life. When I was two years old my parents separated; I moved in with my dad at five, back to my mom at 9 and I have been with her since. But life didn’t smooth itself out after that. I stayed with my mom but we didn’t stay anywhere. Every few years we have been forced to move because my mom can’t hold a steady job.
First she tried to start a cleaning business, then it was mortgage broking, realty, car sales. That was her last real job. That was when I was 12. Since then she has been trying to start a new business of her own. This time it’s a bakery. It has been going nowhere for years but
