I woke up nervous, but repeatedly told myself that I could do it throughout the day. The school day ended, and we went into the gym to begin pep-talks, and warmups. We kept telling ourselves that our team is the greatest. Sooner than later the West bus arrived and what seemed like seconds later there was a coin toss and game one of the match had started. To say it nicely, nerves definitely got the best of us and we didn't play up to our potential. We lost big. We were all down on our selves, but we wanted these next two games more than anything. Game two started up, and our team got in the groove, pushing points back and fourth with our opponents. I played front row and started to get my hands on blocks, and my hits in, but I didn't serve. I rarely serve, and when I do it's against an easy team. West is not an easy team! Our team all came together and won game two. We started playing like the greats. Although we were 1-1 with our rivals, we believed we could pull out game
