I am regarded as a person that is consistent, creative, thoughtful, dependable, and humorous. However, this regard use to only come after first impressions would leave me thought of as off putting, guarded, conniving, formal, and shrewd. I have traditionally overcompensated for this to make a better first impression however that would. I am always in deep thought however not about things of this world or of any consequence to my counter parts. I am thinking of ideas to better society, myself, or thinking of inventions.

My personal code of ethics is a mixture of utilitarianism and relativism ethical theories. I am also a huge believer in the social contract theory. I believe in the greater good. I however also believe there is not a universal good or bad, that all things a relative to the situation and environment of application. I think this allows flexibility and a peaceful outcome in most situations. I detest any type of blanket rules or policies I think they incite thoughtlessness. I believe in compassion for others and justice. I am rattled to my core by injustice just as many others over time and throughout history.

I seeking to become a person that is visible to others at first impression. I have improved so much in this area. I have been on my current jobsite for 6 months and I developed a great rapport with my co-workers and students. I have learned to embrace who I am and to let others know that person also. My opinions are normally so complicated and my desire not to be labeled is so strong. In the past I rarely allowed others to really get to know me. In the past I would loathe the thought of another person thinking they knew me well. Now, it is a welcome thought and I find it amusing when someone know how I may react to something before it
