The most challenging areas about writing a process analysis paper is being able to include enough information without using unnecessary details and excessive informal language. My body paragraphs, especially my first body paragraph, are not concise, because of the unnecessary details I incorporated causing my essay to be tedious. In addition, my diction in this particular essay is too informal such as using vague words like “cheaper”. These difficulties I faced while writing my process analysis paper are different from the challenges I faced from my first essay, because I struggled excessively on diction and precision on the second essay than the first essay since I focused too much on creating a story instead of an instructional paper. On my upcoming essays, I plan on addressing this challenge by repeatedly reading my essay out loud to make sure my paper is clear and concise.

The thesis statement of my essay is properly located in the end of the introduction paragraph where it is easily accessible. The basic requirements of a thesis statement include: states the subject, conveys the purpose, indicates focus, uses specific language, and briefly states the major subdivisions.
