Queen Elizabeth was by far the most successful ruler of Europe. Born into chaos, without a mother, Elizabeth had a difficult childhood filled with death and demise; One of the greatest troubles that plagued Elizabeth was the issues she had with Mary Queen of Scots which led to many wars with Spain and Catholics, Even though Spain was thought to have the best navy of the time Elizabeth took them down and destroyed their entire Armada.

Elizabeth's early life was far more than any kid should have to go through. As shown by “When Anne Boleyn, the new queen, failed to produce a male heir, she too was disposed of, this time execution on the grounds of adultery was used instead of divorce. Elizabeth was only two when her mother was beheaded.” Elizabeth was treated horribly, nobody even thought of her when they took her mother away forever. With no motherly figure she was raised like the boys and taught like the boys. She was taught how to lead, how to hunt, and how to fight. Mary wanted the throne for a very long time. She was assumed to be apart of multiple plots against Mary as revealed by, “parliament vehemently called for the execution of Mary for her role in the Duke of Norfolks assassination attempt, but Elizabeth refused.” She did not want to murder her for fear of retaliation from the Catholics and Spain. She was very smart for doing this as she knew what would happen if she murdered her Catholic cousin. She eventually found undeniable proof of Mary's attempt to assassinate her while she was under house arrest. Elizabeth had no choice but to execute her cousin. As sad and awful as it may be, there was no other way, it had to be done. She got much backlash from this and just as she predicted Spain was outraged, so much so, that they declared war eventually on
