Radiotherapy, an Inspired Experiment from Radiation Protection
In the past century, radioactivity was an unknown existence. Today, radioactive materials are widely beneficial that you can often detect or mark the characteristic hazard symbol in a specific area of hospitals, on transporting vehicles of radioactive materials, in factories, and as well as at nuclear installation facilities. It also plays an important role in modern life of people. What, then, is radiotherapy? What benefits can we get out of this?
How Radiation Causes Menace
When radiation permeates the structure of a human body, it causes changes in some atoms in the cells of a human system. The damage which causes chemical changes to our body can come to an extent even on killing the healthy cells. The total effect on the body depends on the damage of the number of cells destroyed. If the harm occurs in the DNA molecules in the chromosomes, it may result in a serious matter because it controls the normal development and function of the cells. Scientists believe that it can lead and cause cancer.
Smaller radiation doses spread over a period leads to a slightly enhanced risk of contracting cancer. The human body can sometimes successfully

Radiologists, who during the past century, have considered themselves the champions of the safe and effective use of radiation in medical imaging, have responded by recognizing the need for a broader dissemination of these concepts to both the profession and the public and for the incorporation of dose optimization into all imaging
