Road Trip What was your favorite, most memorable birthday? I am currently sixteen years old, so I have had a few birthdays here and there. My sixth birthday was definitely the most unforgettable, the one where my whole family and I took a trip to Florida. Not only were we going to Orlando Florida, but we were going to visit my grandmother. The trip was a week long and took about 18 hours to drive there and 18 hours to drive back. My family and I to this day continue to look back and discuss the events that took place during that trip. Ten years later, remembering almost every moment that took place during the trip, and it feels as though it was just yesterday I had turned six. We had all stayed in a complex next to Universal studies. What I enjoyed about it was that my oldest sister and I had shared a room and were able to put our two twin sized beds together. It allowed us to bond in a way we had never done before because she had always lived with her mom and younger sister. Also next to the complex was a large swimming pool. It was mid summer and the beaming sun generated us to take a swim to cool down. Along with my family, I walked to the swimming pool in my Kim Possible two-piece bathing suit holding my blue and green life vest. Everyone except my mom, Gary, and I could swim so Gary and I both had some form of floating device so we would not drown. Gary had floats wrapped around his arms while I had a life vest. However Gary did not feel as though the Floaties would be effective. My older brother, which is my oldest sibling, thought it would be humorous to throw Gary in the pool anyhow.
