What is the Rosetta Stone? The Rosetta Stone is an ancient Egyptian artifact. It is made of black Basalt a volcanic rock. It is three feet nine inches long, two feet four and a half inches wide and eleven inches thick.

How was it discovered? According to The Riddle of The Rosetta Stone. It was discovered during the French invasion, in 1798(I didn’t know that) .
