What steps do you need to take as you develop your professional practice to support these approaches? The four approaches that I identified in the documentary used to overcome challenges with safe heath care practices are:
• Fear is a barrier to action- many hospitals fail to recognize that the way their system work is not in the best conditions to take care of patients and health care providers (employees). We keep seeing nurses working long hour and at times without a break, so the results unfortunately is that patients get hurt, and nurses fired or doctors sued.
