When the child grows older their sleep pattern is going to change as much as they do. A younger child is most likely going to go to sleep earlier and be mentally and physically prepared to wake up early in the morning. Once the child hits their teen years they’re most likely going to be staying up later and waking up earlier, which is something their body won’t be prepared for. The child will most likely fall asleep in class or not be able to focus on their work. If a child wants to stay up longer than usual they should be able to without the worries of being tired in the morning. Most students stay up all night to get all of their homework done and only end up with a few hours of sleep. Since they had to stay up later, they won’t be able to focus as well due to the unhealthy amount of sleep they
