The movie Lion King and the movie Hamlet have many similarities and differences. Simba’s father dies and so does Hamlet’s, Simba’s mother does not die but Hamlet’s does, and Simba and Hamlet both seek revenge. In both movies they come back seeking revenge. They are both satisfied with what they got in the end.
First, Simba’s father is killed by Scar which is Simba’s uncle for ex: Scar says that “he killed Mufasa,” according to Scar. At first Simba is trying to understand what is going on, he is wondering why Scar is talking to him the way he is. It does not take Simba long to find out that Scar killed his father.
