Soft skills are a very important skill to have especially in the medical field. These skills are highly sought out after by employers when trying to find new hires. In fact, expressing soft skills during an interview could determine whether or not you get the job. I like how Faizolhardi Zubairy said it in an interview with the Huffington post “He said, “Hone your soft skills. While your technical skills may get your foot in the door, your people skills will open more doors for you” (Daisy, 2015). After self-analyzing my own soft skills, I have realized that there are many that I need to work on.
