From the past to the present, even if you are scientifically advanced. Don't ever tamper with past or present life. From the book “The Sound of Thunder” to the movie “1993 Jurassic Park” they both mess with how life is meant to be and go. From one being the butterfly effect to one being chaos theory. Even though it could be something small and explainable, it could lead to a much larger unexplainable outcome or problem of sorts. In the Sound of Thunder it was more the future tense. And then the people, known as sponsors, wanted experts to sign off along with a lawyer. The experts' names were Dr. Grant, Dr. Saddler, and Dr. Malcolm. None of them thought it was a good idea since it was controlling their lives. It goes with the chaos theory. Because in the end all the park got set free and dinosaurs were set free. The Sound of Thunder and Jurassic Park are closely related due to dinosaurs being involved, but the way they showed them or saw them was different. He turned all the security measures off and basically released all the dinosaurs. Which is the chaos
