Early life
Steve Paul Jobs was born on February 24th 1955, in San Francisco. Jobs was adopted shortly after birth by Clara and Paul Jobs. His birth parents are Abdulfaltah Jandali and Joanne Schieble. Jandali was a Syrian political science professor while Schieble was a speech therapist who was unmarried. She travelled alone to San Francisco and had a baby boy in 1955 who then gave the baby up for adoption. He also has an adoptive sister who is Patty Jobs and a biological sister who is Mona Simpson. At the age of five, he and his family moved to Mount View in California.

High school/ College life
Steve was a smart student and was interested working with electronics with his dad in the garage. At the age of thirteen, Steve met Steve Wozniak who was also into electronics.

NeXT was turned into a software company which began to have some success. In 1990, NeXT workstations and NeXT cube was released. In 1996, NeXT Software released WebObjects which was used to build and run the Apple Store, MobileMe services and the iTunes Store.

Pixar
In 1986, Jobs purchased a graphic company which is now known as Pixar. In 1991, they received a contract from Disney to create a full length film. Their first movie was Toy story which was a huge success. Pixar went on to make films such as Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc., Cars, WALL-E, and Up. Jobs actually made more money with Pixar than he did with Apple. In 2006, Jobs became the largest single shareholder of The Walt Disney Company.

Back to Apple
In 1997, Apple nearly went bankrupt so they purchased NeXT from Jobs. Jobs returned to the company as the CEO. Apple began to expand and branch out into new products. They introduced the iMac in 1998, iTunes, the Apple Stores and the iPod in 2001, the iTunes Store in 2003, the iPhone and the Apple TV in 2007, the App Store in 2008, the iPad in 2010 and the Apple watch in 2014.
