Do students really have freedom of speech in school? Many students get in trouble for being honest because to the teachers it seems that students are being mean. All throughout human race our parents tell us “don't say that,that’s mean” but were just telling the truth, that was why people use the metaphor (if you don't get out what you want to say your going to end up exploding one day) what this means is if you keep things to yourself you're going end up saying it one day. In many schools, they don't have much diversity and if they do have diversity many kids of a different race are left out. Let's be truthful. When you ask someone to tell you what they think of a black person they usually say stealing and if you ask about a Hispanic they will most likely say drugs or when you say Muslim you might think of terrorist but what people don't realize we're not all like that. A lot of people assume that just because some people do it we all do, were not all alike. Sometimes teachers don't even care about the education of kids of different races because they might be racist, or a little harder to teach. Kids that are in the LGBT community might be bullied because of how they express themselves or what makes them happy and sometimes teachers just watch and don't say anything when they're getting bullied. The classroom should not be a place where kids should be scared. It’s a learning environment. We should all get together and learn not to judge people by how they are or how they express
