Cocaine and sugar releases a hormone called “dophomine”. It tells the brain that you want more and it’s a feel good hormones. Addiction has biological and behavioral issue’s. When you try to quit sugar you get the same withdrawal as you were trying to get off cocaine.
The conclusion is that sugar is highly addictive. American Heart Association says that woman should only intake should be about 100 calories a day and men 150. Eating fruits are the good sugar you want. The energy last longer and it won’t give you the jittery feeling like added sugar does. High sugar intake can lead to violence, memory lost, brain fog it affects you ability to think proper. It not only affects the brain but your body. Obesity, your energy level, heart disease, and maybe can lead to certain cancers. A lot of people are not aware of what sugar does to you. It should be monitored more and taking more serious.
