Within talk talk there seems to be an unorganized company which staff has left feeling very unfairly treated and de motivated. Due to this fact talk talk are facing many difficulties and an unstable work place, which leads to job dissatifaction. The staff are on minimum wages which is not always enough to live off and therefore employees could be stressed out about their current jobs roles. I have sugested that the minimum wage should be increased to staff and as performance gets better then maybe another pay rise. This will enable staff to work towards a goal, once the staff has a goal this should improve the motivation within the company. Offering the minimum wage to staff could effect the performance of their work at Talk Talk. I think that the fact staff do not recieve extra money for overtime is unacceptable this is not appreciating employees and rewarding them for extra work which will clearly lead to problems within the company. They aren’t going to want to complete overtime as it doesn’t seem worth their while. All employees completing the same work load should recieve the same pay,there should be no change to the amount of wages employees recieve inless they are set a different task or job role. As staff will feel unfairly treated and could make an impact on the production of there work. If staff forget to clock in an out there shoudn’t be an instant penalty the rules should be if staff have forgotten to do this on more than one occasion. This would be more of a fair policy to the staff. A training plan needs to be put in place the staff deserve to have good job training as this will lead to job satisfaction. A new training course needs to be put in place so that staff know what they are doing an what is excepted of them. Which will set new targets and goals to staff
