In competitive sports, there are cuts and tryouts. Even though people think it is necessary for a team to have a good and healthy team, there are a lot of negatives in it. There should not be cuts or tryouts in sports. Three reasons it is not a good idea is: after the tryouts, a lot of athletes will be heart broken, people who did not make it will be teased by others who did, and because parents ruin their kids’ chance to get in. One reason cuts and tryouts are bad is because some kids will be heartbroken.”They just sat there while the rest of their old teammates screamed with joy. I also have an experience failing a baseball tryout and it was not easy. I had go through a lot of people asking me, “did you make it?” or people saying “Yes! I made it!” It was also frustrating because people who made it “felt sorry” for me and said I can do it next time which I do not know how they know because they have basically been succeeding all their lives. Competitive sports should be fun for everybody, not just the people who made the
