Positive feedback loop is a process in which a change of normal homeostasis provokes a response from the human body that increases that change. A good example of positive feedback loop is clotting of the blood. There are five steps to the positive feedback loop. The steps in order are: controlled condition, receptors, control center, effectors, and response. If one acquires a cut on their body, a blood vessel has been damaged. The damaged blood vessel is the first step of the positive feedback loop, the controlled condition. The second step is the receptor stage. Platelets start to adhere to the wounded site on the human body. The control center of the positive feedback loop is the brain. The effectors is this positive feedback loop of blood
