Beadle saw they were using infants as targets for shooting “ infants were tossed into the air and used as targets for the mach the guns” ( Wiesel 6) The way they treated was horrific. Moshie the beadle tried telling Wiesel and the jews that the babies were being thrown in the air and used as target practice. A supportive quote is “ But people met only refused to believe his tales, they refuse to listen” ( Wiesel 7) Moshie escaped the camp, then came back to the camp to warn the jews what was happening. Since the jews didn’t want to listen to Moshie the little kids had died. In fact, all the the prisoners didn’t listen to Moshie because they thought he was telling a tale until they saw kids getting hung. To add on , a supportive quote in the book is “ pinched myself; was i still alive was i awake? How was it possible that men, women and children were being burned and the world kept silent? NO. all this wouldn’t be real. A nightmare perhaps...soon i would wake up with a start, my heart pounding, and find that i was back in the room of my childhood, with my books”. Once all the jews saw what happen to those kids they didn’t know what to do. They couldn’t believe this was happening to them and probably wanted to think it was fiction. Overall, now that all the jews saw what happend they are more aware on what could happen to them of a family remember of there’s.
