In the book, They Say I Say page 732 Saul Kaplan, who is the founder of Business Innovation Factory, wrote an article about "the plight of young males" which include the weaknesses of men and the causes that makes males more unsuitable to gets jobs and getting more problems in their life. Also, schools which are the foundation for men does not have the right strategies to build a strong male that can make him successful in his future.
Comparing between women and men in the United States was his first point and explain that American males are in trouble because of the education they receive. They don't have enough experience and intelligent that gives them the abilities to face any problem they might involve in the future, so Kaplan says that males are vulnerable to problems. He also shows in his article that males are not very flexible with the problems they face and make them feeble. The author's team has been working with the College Board to explore the experience of young men of color in U.S, which they note that all color men have attained at least an Associated Degree. Robyn, Anderson who is a professor in a James Cook University said: "boys are over-represented in grade repetition in the year before schooling and all year levels of early education (Prep to Year 3)." Kaplan believe that equal education will bring males in U.S for improvement, and we should make the schools a better place that recognizes the significant learning needs of young American men with more intelligent ways that give males more experience so if we did that is might help them in the next century and be very successful in their
