This I Believe

As they’re created and formed throughout their life they begin to realize what they’re good at and what they struggle with. As they go through this process they begin to develop leadership skills that come to you naturally. With these skills they can use them in the workforce, school, family, or just anywhere. They’re not born to be a leader. They’re born to be a person that will make a difference and be special in some way. But the true leaders are the ones that can be special but also share their wealth of knowledge, kindness and put others first. How do we create this type of leader? We all wonder that and as we look at leadership and take a class where we learn about different methods and ways to become a leader they begin to see. They see that people are not just born into, we aren’t just given leadership. All the methods and ways they can be a leader are so incredible. Some families raise their children in a leadership style, others get it from sports, and then some have to spread themselves and go out and achieve what they want. That’s where they find themselves. They discover the goals they want to achieve. They go out and fight for what they want. That’s what they’re doing. They’re going out and getting out of my shell. Once I was a quiet kid that was scared to talk, didn’t like to communicate with everyone. As I got older I realized I needed to communicate, and it was important for the future. If I didn’t communicate with people, they wouldn’t know me or even have a reason to help me out. As I began to communicate more and more my voice and opinions got out there and people started to listen. It all started with group projects, then work and now I’ve recently got an internship with the Red Claws, all because I
