Vision Statement and Relevant Leadership Models My vision statement is to provide strategic leadership to an organization by developing visions and goals for performance and growth, and inspiring others to seek the same goals. I will provide an admirable example for others to follow, and mentor individuals as they pursue their own progress and development.
