After World War I the Treaty of Versailles left many issues unresolved. These issues eventually led to World War II to start. The treaty left many countries upset. Even Germany felt the need for revenge on their former enemies because the treaty did not favor them. The more upset these countries got, the closer World War II began to emerge.
The Treaty of Versailles was not in Germany’s favor. It blamed Germany for starting World War I. It also made Germany pay large reparations, and took away a lot of territory from them.
