As everything is formed, the team can move forward and begin creating the goals, directions, and expectations into play. At times members, may have trouble with how they first started feeling off and their focus may shift to a different direction and form concerns of the path in stage one. In this stage, everyone is looking to respond and compromise differences, as well as how conflict may be handled. Usually this stage can be less polite as everyone has different perspectives and views. At the end of the day, we are creating roles responsibilities that should progress the team forward as we move along. During this stage, people start feeling more comfortable with each other and the team’s goals begin progressing. The team starts forming bonds and increase insight onto personal and group processes. They are aware of everyone’s strengths and weaknesses. With supporting and assisting with each other’s weaknesses, members begin feeling confident with their personal strengths and rely on their teammates to support their weaknesses. Rather than differences used as conflict they use it to enhance or work together within the team’s performance. This is not the final stage, depending on the situation it can either result in jumping a few stages back. New members may result in setting the team back to Stage 1. However, finishing a goal that was set can result in the last a final stages of a
