The team leader introduced a project to the team members, and initially the team members were putting forth effort to achieve the goals of the project. The unhealthy agreement was create by the leader with a commanding/coercive leadership style. The team members became disconnected. But, the leader demand that team members work on a particular project that they considered to be a waste of time and money for the organization. The leader requirement for the project was unrealistic and expensive. However, no one stated their opinion to the leadership.
