It helps to determine the health patterns of people with micro and macro factors. Based on the different life stages and events/incidents happened during lifetime, a number of questions would be asked to determine various aspects of life and experiences of the person. The interview should be prepared according to the standards to make it as much effective and informative as possible. It could be achieved by fulfilling various aspects i.e. choosing an appropriate location with proper environment and setting norms, preparing ourselves as well as the interviewee to let him/her elaborate comfortably, following principles, and ending with a proper vote of thanks. The norms would be help if silence or emotions appear during the interview, so that the interviewee could refuse to answer and answer all other questions comfortably. The purpose of recording the interview is that if anything got missed in notes, it can be re-written. It would also help to analyze and clarify the answers given by the interviewee.
