While conducting the area check, I observed a White male wearing all dark clothing run out of the grocery exit. The subject ran through aisle #3 and got into a red, 4 door older model Hyundai Sonata.
I followed the vehicle out of the parking lot and onto Richey Drive. I observed a large crack on the windshield that extended across the driver's side to the passenger's side.
I then activated my emergency lights and sirens to conduct a traffic stop. The final rest of both vehicle's came to the Culver's parking lot. dispatch was notified of my final location.

The subject, later identified as Dillon George Noble, willingly provided his Florida I.D. card.
Dispatch conducted a wants and warrants check on both subjects with negative results. Dispatch further advised me that Walmart LP Officer, Steven Uliano, called the non-emergency line to report that the passenger had attempted to commit a retail theft. Uliano's description matched Noble's appearance.
I then advised dispatch to have Uliano respond to Culver's for positive identification.
I returned to my patrol vehicle to issue Sorbera a written warning for the cracked windshield. Shortly after, Uliano approached the scene and positively identified Noble as the subject whom he called the police about in reference to a fraud. Noble was then detained in handcuffs while I conducted my investigation.
Uliano stated that Noble removed several price tag's and replaced them with lower priced tag. Uliano further advised that Noble "got spooked" and ran out of the store before the fraud occurred. Uliano stated "he has been in here sevral times stealing merchandise, but I could never catch him."
Uliano declined to press criminal charges. However, Uliano did request that Noble be trespassed from the
