· What is a nuclear family?
A nuclear family is a family that only consist of mother and children in a social unit. It is more as a single parent household that has help from family members to help take care of the children. These parents work two to three jobs to make sure that the child has the basic needs to survive. This may include living with their mother for support to help raise the children. As the children become older than tend to raise their family just like they were raised by a single parent.

The factors that changed the traditional family composition are more people are starting to have children at an early age. You have children having kids at the age of 14 and older. Which puts more work on the parent because they are raising the children that the child is having. Less marriages are happening in the 21st century, it is more like date, sex, and never talk to the person again. A lot of single parents are raising children on minimum wage jobs to support the needs of a family. Fathers are not in the children lives because they are too busy in the streets, or not mature enough to take care of child. The fathers that are in children lives, thank you because we need more men in the child life to end the crazy crimes we have in the world. Women are taking over in the workforce.
